Helping you feel comfortable and informed is my top priority. Knowing what to expect and how to be an active participant in your therapy journey empowers you to create the progress you're looking for. 

How do we get started?

We'll start with a free 15-minute phone consultation which offers the opportunity for you to share what's bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and ensure I'm the right fit for you. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is the foundation for meaningful progress.

What does therapy look like?

During our first session, we’ll talk about what led you to seek therapy and what you hope to gain from it. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, boundaries, burnout, or a general feeling of “something needs to change,” we’ll explore it together — at your pace, in a calm and supportive space.​

Together, we'll outline goals that feel realistic and meaningful. We'll also talk about what ongoing sessions could look like including how often we’ll meet, considering your goals and schedule. Therapy is an individualized process tailored to meet your specific needs.

Are sessions conducted in person or via telehealth?

I currently offer exclusively telehealth sessions, however an in-person office is on the horizon for those that prefer face to face sessions. Telehealth will continue to be an option even when in-person sessions are offered. â€‹

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out of network provider currently accepting private pay for therapy services.

 

Superbills can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
